Jennifer Leung

Jennifer L. currently serves as VP, Head of People at FalconX, overseeing People Operations, Employee Experience, and Global Total Rewards since March 2023. Previously, Jennifer held several leadership roles, including Interim Head of People and Culture at Olo, where responsibilities included managing a 35+ person team and implementing comprehensive people strategies. Jennifer also served as VP and Head of Technology Enablement at Xandr, focusing on strategy and operations for a large technology organization. Additional experience includes various senior roles at AppNexus, where Jennifer was instrumental in IPO readiness and M&A processes, and positions at Acquis Consulting Group, Accenture, and governmental organizations. Jennifer holds a BA in Political Science from UC San Diego and an MPA from New York University.
