Claudia Apel has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Claudia started their career in 2010 at Mozarthaus Vienna, where they worked in event management, marketing, and PR until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they served as the head of communications at CIDCOM Wien. In 2014, Claudia joined Pierre Lang as an online marketing manager, a position they held until 2016. Claudia then moved on to Vienna House, where they worked as an online communication manager until 2018. In 2018, they joined the FMTG | Falkensteiner Michaeler Tourism Group, first as a social media manager until 2019, and currently as the head of communications. Throughout their career, Claudia Apel has gained expertise in communications, marketing, and online management.
Claudia Apel completed their education at two institutions. From 1998 to 2003, they attended HLTW 13, where they obtained their Matura degree in Kulturtouristik. Later, from 2005 to 2009, Claudia studied at FHWien der WKW, and earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Tourismusmanagement.
