Ada Torres

Ada Torres has over a decade of experience in benefit and provider configuration roles at Fallon Health, beginning as an Enrollment Representative and advancing to the position of Benefit and Provider Configuration Analyst II. Since July 2015, Ada has contributed to configurations and system support as a key member of the organization. Prior experience includes various roles within Fallon Health's Configuration and Support Department, demonstrating a strong foundation in account management and support. Ada holds an education from Quinsigamond Community College, where studies were completed between 1989 and 1991.
