Steven Gray

Steven Gray has extensive experience in IT support, currently serving as a Desktop Support Specialist at Fallon Health since April 2021. Prior to this role, Steven worked as a Senior Desktop Support Technician at Emergent Holdings from February 2016 to February 2020, and briefly as an IT Engineer at Harvard Bioscience in 2015, where responsibilities included designing and maintaining information systems and troubleshooting infrastructure issues. Steven's career began at BJ's Wholesale Club, where a progressive series of roles included managing first-level desktop support, leading a significant PC replacement project across over 200 locations, and providing level 2 help desk support, consistently meeting service level agreements. Education includes attendance at Leominster High School from 2000 to 2002.
