Building relationships with families and communities for the well-being and safety of children and youth

Family and Children's Services (FACS) is the Children's Aid Society for the Region of Waterloo.  We are a multi-service agency providing child welfare services, mental health services (focused on child sexual abuse treatment) and special needs resourcing to assist with early year development.  In addition to these services, the Society also seeks grants to provide an range of innovative services to support children and their families.  FACS is incorporated as a charitable, non-profit social service agency working under the authority of Ontario child welfare legislation.
