Matt Halsey

Matt Halsey is an experienced leader in the technology and early education sectors, currently serving as General Manager for the UK, Ireland, and Nordics at Famly, where the focus is on enhancing collaboration between early educators and families. A member of the Knoetic community and an investor/advisor for Flexa Careers, Matt also holds advisory roles at Canda, Beam, and Pure Electric. As the founder and CEO of Canda, Matt successfully scaled the business to seven figures, achieving significant growth within two years. Previous experience includes leadership roles at FitXR and Tech Nation, along with a commitment to supporting initiatives that impact community well-being. Matt is pursuing further education at London Business School while holding CIPD Chartered Fellow qualifications in strategic people management and organizational leadership.
