Gopika Krishnan

Gopika Krishnan has a strong background in human resources and operations, currently serving as a People HR Operations professional at Fam since July 2025. Prior to this role, Gopika worked at Open Financial Technologies from November 2022 to July 2025, advancing from Executive to Senior Executive in People & Culture. Gopika's earlier experience includes a position as a Process Associate at EY and a Senior Relationship Manager role at ICICI Securities. Gopika began a career in the industry with an internship at Decathlon Sports India in March 2018.
