Prior to this role, Charis held positions at Maygay Machines Limited as PA to the Managing Director and HR Manager, and at Armitage Shanks as PA to the General Manager of the Vacuum Forming Division. Early career experience includes serving as Secretary to the Production/Distribution Director at Express & Star Limited and a trainee position at Armitage Shanks. Education includes a Private & Executive Secretary's Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Cannock Chase Technical College.
