Andres Astralaga serves as the Vice President of Human Resources Operations and Fan Services at Fanatics, Inc. since September 2017, where leadership drives innovative, tech-infused approaches to fan merchandise sales across multiple channels. Prior experience includes positions as Vice President of Human Resources at the National Football League from August 2012 to September 2017 and Senior Director of Human Resources at ESPN from January 2009 to August 2012. Further, Andres held roles as Group HR Director at Barnes Aerospace and HR Director at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, alongside participation in GE’s Human Resources Leadership Program. Early career experiences include conducting labor investigations as a Co-op Intern at the National Labor Relations Board and serving as a Victim Witness Advocate for the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Michigan State University, a Master of Science in Labor from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and participation in the NAMIC Executive Leadership Development Program at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
