Jerome McCarthy

Jerome McCarthy's work experience includes being the Head of Growth at Fanbase since May 2022, where they empower sports clubs in the UK and beyond with tools to strengthen their relationship with fans and boost revenue. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at Interactive Workshops from April 2019 to May 2022, designing and delivering training programs for blue chip companies. Jerome gained exposure and experience in the world of L&D consulting during this role. Before that, McCarthy was an Audit Assistant at PKF-Francis Clark Chartered accountants & business advisers from August 2018 to March 2019, where they assisted with company-wide risk assessments and annual audits. Jerome also has work experience at Wollen Michelmore in 2013, where they spent three weeks working with a solicitor practicing family law, gaining knowledge and confidence in an office environment.

Jerome McCarthy completed their education at the University of York from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a focus on Economics. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2014, they attended Torquay Boys' Grammar School. Jerome has also obtained additional certifications, including an Investment Management Certificate from the CFA Institute in September 2018 and a Diploma in Financial Trading from the Academy of Financial Trading in August 2016.
