David Khalily

David Khalily currently serves as the Senior Director of Privacy & Data Security in the Legal Department at FanDuel, a position held since May 2022, after previously holding the role of Director in the same department. Additionally, David is a Founding Member of Cyber Counsel Group, an exclusive non-profit association for in-house cybersecurity lawyers. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President and Counsel at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking, where responsibilities involved advising on cybersecurity and data privacy regulations. David's legal career began with various roles including Associate and Assistant Counsel and Law Clerk, with early experience at Lincoln Square Legal Services and a judicial internship at the New York State Family Court. David holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in Government and History from the University of Virginia.
