Larissa Campbell

Larissa Campbell is a Career Counsellor and Coach, co-founder of Windrose Coaching Studio since April 2022, providing career counselling and coaching through Career Development Theory and a Solution-Focused Brief Coaching approach. With experience as a Career Services Consultant at Fanshawe College since September 2010, Larissa co-developed the InSPIRE Mentoring program, managing various mentorship initiatives to support students in career development. Previous roles include Student Services Specialist and Advisor in Admissions and Pathways, as well as positions at SIGMA Assessment Systems and WIL Employment Connections, focusing on client needs assessment and vocational training. Larissa holds an Honors B.A. in Psychology from Western University, a Graduate Certificate in Career Development from Conestoga College, and additional qualifications in Crisis Intervention from Fanshawe College.
