Sara Jablow is an experienced professional in the winemaking industry, currently serving as an Assistant Winemaker at Far Niente Family of Wineries & Vineyards since May 2023. Previous roles include Product Specialist at vintrace and Assistant Winemaker and Senior Enologist at Cakebread Cellars. Sara's extensive experience began in 2009 as a Cellar Worker II at Cakebread Cellars, progressing through various roles including Enologist and Night Crew Manager at Nickel & Nickel Winery. Additionally, Sara has gained international experience as a Vintage Cellar Hand at Mud House Wine Group in New Zealand and held managerial roles in food service during earlier career stages. Sara holds a B.S. in Viticulture and Enology from the University of California, Davis.
