Sudev Balakrishnan

Sudev Balakrishnan serves as the Chief Digital Officer at Fareportal since October 2024, focusing on growth through engineering, product, and data science. Prior to this role, Sudev held the position of Executive, Head of Product at Worldpay from June 2021 to October 2024, where responsibilities included building and managing a comprehensive payments products roadmap that contributed to over $5 billion in revenue. Sudev was also the Chief Product Officer at Stash Invest from January 2018 to May 2021, overseeing product strategy and customer experience. Additionally, Sudev served as Senior Vice President of Product at Grubhub from January 2016 to December 2017, managing user experience for a leading online food delivery service. Earlier in the career, Sudev was the VP of Product Ecommerce at XO Group Inc. from September 2013 to January 2016, where restructuring efforts led to profitability. Sudev holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Victoria.
