Paloma Martinez Alvarez is a seasoned Product Manager with extensive experience in brand management and marketing across multiple industries. Currently at Farlabo since July 2023, Paloma oversees brands such as Montblanc, Lacoste, and Coach. Previous roles include Junior Product Manager at Bolton Group, where strategic initiatives for the Home Care category were defined, and Regional Marketing Manager for Mattel EMEA, focusing on Action Figures. Expertise extends to brand marketing for Mondelēz International and operational marketing with Puig in the Travel Retail sector. Educational qualifications include a dual degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Universidad CEU San Pablo, a Bachelor's degree from Université Laval, and ongoing studies in English Marketing & Communication at the University of the Arts London.

Since 1947 Farlabo distributes international luxury brands on the Spanish market, through three different business divisions: Perfumes, Luxury Cosmetics and Pharmacy. Farlabo works in partnership with the best international brands with a view to their deployment on the Spanish market. Our brand directory brings together an extensive array of Houses including Rochas and Montblanc fragrances, Orlane and Juvena Luxury Cosmetics and Pharmacy brands, such as Declaré and Teaology, among others. Perfumes, luxury cosmetics and pharmacy: each brand is unique, special and innovative. In this way, we manage to reach a wide range of customers and best satisfy their needs. Our ability to tailor unique strategies conceived for each brand is at the heart of our success as, with our experience and professionalism, we add value to our brands and bring them closer to customers. Our passionate, young and agile team is fully integrated in our brands and enables us to offer unique services to our selective perfumes, luxury cosmetics and pharmacy customers. We achieve our goals through the work and expertise of five departments and a transversal structure.
