David Pugh has extensive work experience in the financial industry. David started their career at First Pioneer Farm Credit in 1986 as a Lender/Manager and later became the Senior Vice President/Director of Country Living. In 1997, they joined First Pioneer Farm Credit as Vice President/Branch Manager. In 2004, they joined Farm Credit East, ACA as the Senior Vice President/Director of Country Living and eventually became the Executive Vice President/Regional Manager before taking on their current role as the Executive Vice President - Chief Experience Officer in 2021. Additionally, they have served as a Board Member for Lead New York, Four Points Federal Credit Union, and Cobleskill-Richmondville Education Foundation.
David Pugh earned their Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Animal Sciences from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville in 1984. David then pursued a Bachelors of Science degree in Economics/Finance from Cornell University, completing it in 1986.
