Bob Harwood

Bob Harwood is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and architecture across various industries. Currently serving as Director at Farmers Insurance since March 2017, Bob has been instrumental in adopting agile methodologies and DevOps processes to enhance IT project delivery. Prior roles include Director of IT Strategy, Planning, and Architecture at SSM Health Care of Wisconsin, where Bob transformed IT architecture and implemented innovative processes, and Director of Enterprise Architecture at CIGNA, developing a comprehensive IT roadmap and integrating systems across multiple acquisitions. Additional experience includes project management and coaching young athletes, along with a solid educational foundation holding an MS in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BA in Political Science with a minor in Business and Physics from the University of Rochester.
