Susan Bithell

Susan Bithell is an accomplished insurance executive with extensive experience at Farmers Insurance, where Susan has served as Vice President and Head of Property Casualty Compliance since October 2015. Prior to this role, Susan held positions as Chief Underwriting Officer and Vice President & State Executive Director from March 2009 to December 2013. Susan holds an MBA with distinction in Business from California State University, Fresno, earned in 1998, and a BBA in Marketing from Idaho State University, completed in 1983.
