John Donofrio

John Donofrio is the Chairman at FARO Technologies. John has over 30 years of experience in the industry, having worked previously as the Senior Vice President, Digital Platform and Experience at Autodesk, and in various technical and supervisory roles at General Electric. John has a passion for data analytics and improving customer experience. Under their leadership, Autodesk was able to serve more than 18M monthly active users by creating a robust learning, support, and community ecosystem.

John Donofrio has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Columbia Engineering and an M.S. in Manufacturing Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
