Stephen then returned to Farrans Construction in various roles, including Bid Manager, Project Director, and Divisional Commercial Manager (Civil Engineering). Currently, they serve as the Commercial Director. Stephen McCaffrey's experience spans across different areas of construction management, including pre-contract management, design management, and project coordination.
Stephen McCaffrey attended St Michael's College in Enniskillen from 1986 to 1993. The degree name and field of study for this period are unknown. Stephen then went on to study Civil Engineering at Queens' University Belfast from 1993 to 1996, obtaining a degree in Civil Engineering.
