Marcus Anthony Brock

Assistant Professor, Composition And Rhetoric at Fashion Institute of Technology

Marcus Anthony Brock is an experienced educator and writer with a strong background in cultural studies and media. Currently serving as Adjunct Faculty at both Marymount Manhattan College and the Fashion Institute of Technology, Marcus teaches courses that explore critical issues related to race, class, and gender in media, while also developing comprehensive curricula in literature and writing. Previous roles include Guest Faculty at Sarah Lawrence College, where Marcus focused on African American literature, and contributing writer for The Tenth Media with an emphasis on LGBTQ+ history.
