Jon Siffing

Jon Siffing is an experienced operations executive currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Fashion Nova since April 2021. In addition to this role, Jon is the Founder and Independent Consultant at Dayton Management Group, LLC, since July 2017. Previously, Jon held senior positions at Gap Inc. as Sr. Director of Operations - Campus Leader, Groupon as Senior Director of Fulfillment Operations, and SEPHORA as Senior Director of Fulfillment Operations. Jon also served as Director of Distribution and Fulfillment Operations at Sally Beauty and as Fleet and Distribution Center Manager at Ralphs Grocery Company. Jon holds a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Studies from Arizona State University and completed additional education at Villanova University in 2018.
