Rachel West

Rachel West, CHRL, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Fasken since April 2024. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at WeirFoulds LLP from August 2023 to April 2024. Rachel's extensive experience in human resources began at Hicks Morley, where Rachel worked from January 2013 to July 2023, progressing from HR Coordinator to HR Generalist, Manager of Human Resources, and gaining significant expertise in the field. Rachel also worked as a Legal Assistant at Heenan Blaikie from August 2009 to December 2012. Rachel's educational background includes a Human Resources Management Certificate from Fleming College, a Paralegal Diploma from Seneca Polytechnic, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Glendon Campus of York University.
