Tim Kunstmann has a strong background in managing director roles within various FRS companies. Tim started their career in 2009 as a dual-student at FRS Fördereedreei Seetouristik GmbH & Co. KG. From 2012 to 2018, they held multiple sales and project management positions, including Sales Director for Syltferry and Sales Director for FRS Offshore. In 2018, they became Managing Director at FRS Helgoline GmbH & Co. KG, FRS Syltfähre GmbH & Co. KG, and FRS Windcat Polska. In 2020, they took on the role of Managing Director at FRS Elbfähre Glückstadt Wischhafen GmbH. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director Europe Division at FRS. Additionally, Tim Kunstmann has prior experience in event and festival management at Eggert Entertainment from 2008 to 2009.
Tim Kunstmann obtained their Abitur - Allgemeine Hochschulreife from Gymnasium Lüchow in 2009. Tim then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre (Schwerpunkt Dienstleistungsmanagement) from Wirtschaftsakademie Schleswig-Holstein Kiel from 2009 to 2012. Later, they went on to earn a Master of Arts degree in Marketing & Sales Management from Nordakademie Hamburg from 2012 to 2015.
