Randy Whitehead has a diverse background in the telecommunications industry, with extensive experience in regulatory affairs, contract negotiation, negotiation and acquisition of real estate and real property rights. Mr. Whitehead currently serves as the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Underlying Rights at FastBridge Fiber, where he oversees all regulatory matters at the federal and state level, as well as matters related to underlying real property rights.
Mr. Whitehead, also serves as president of his eponymous private equity and management consulting firm, Randy Whitehead & Company, LLC. He also serves as Executive Chairman of
the Board of Directors of the Infrastructure Realty Trust.
In addition to his work in the private sector, he also served as a Senior Advisor for Infrastructure Real Estate for the Jefferson County Emergency Communications Authority, where he played a vital role for the deployment of the USA's first state-of-the-art 911 and First Responder's Network (which later became known as FirstNet.
Mr. Whitehead holds the designation of Accredited Investor and is qualified as a 1031 & 1033 Intermediary, as well as for providing services related to Sec. 721 [upREIT], 1033, 1035, and 453 transactions. He is a member of the Federal Communications Bar Association, who works closely with Congress, the Federal Communications Commission, and the National Technology and Information Administration, on telecommunications law and policy. He is a member of the International Right of Way Association, a global association of practicing infrastructure real estate development professionals.
