Leela Srinivasan

Leela Srinivasan is a seasoned executive and board member with extensive experience in the fields of sports marketing, renewable energy, and technology. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of PARITY and as an Impact Council Member for Fast Company, Srinivasan leads initiatives aimed at closing the gender income gap in professional sports. Additional roles include board member positions at Empowered By Light and Upwork, where efforts focus on providing access to energy and economic opportunities. As a Limited Partner at both Bull City Venture Partners and Neythri Futures Fund, Srinivasan supports emerging female founders and diverse teams in technology. Previously, Srinivasan held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Checkout.com and has provided advisory support to AudiencePlus and Bravado. Educational credentials include an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a First-Class Honours MA from The University of Edinburgh.
