Jani Nietula is an experienced software and project management professional currently serving as the Head of Software Platforms at Fastems since May 2019. In this role, Jani leads a team of Lead Architects and software development experts, focusing on delivering manufacturing management software and digital platforms. Jani's responsibilities have expanded to include the Head of Software Planning and Delivery since September 2022, overseeing cross-functional development teams and software solutions. Prior to Fastems, Jani held various managerial roles at Accenture, managing IT service and software development projects, and at Nokia, where responsibilities included project integration and test management. Jani's early career includes positions at Aspocomp and the Finnish Defence Forces. Jani holds a Master's Degree in Technology Management from Tampere University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Oulu University of Applied Sciences.
