Mikko Vilja is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in delivery management and product development in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Head of Delivery Line - FPx at Fastems since March 2020, Mikko leads the FPC, FPT, and FPS delivery line and manages a team of Delivery Managers to ensure effective personal development and achievement of project goals. Previous roles at Fastems include Delivery Manager, overseeing project management for various product deliveries, and Spare Part Engineer, focusing on product sales and process development. Prior to Fastems, Mikko worked at Etteplan as a Documentation Specialist, and held positions at Gigantti Oy and Osuuskauppa Hämeenmaa in sales roles. Mikko holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tampere University.
