Tara Seracka

Tara Seracka currently serves as Chief Legal Officer at Fastly since March 2025. Prior to this role, Tara held various positions at Cisco from March 2020 to November 2024, including Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel and Vice President & Deputy General Counsel, as well as Senior Director & Associate General Counsel. Tara was the General Counsel at Cisco Meraki from 2015 to 2020. Earlier in Tara's career, positions included Senior Associate at Perkins Coie LLP from 2012 to 2015, Associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP from 2008 to 2011, and Associate at Thelen LLP from 2007 to 2008. Tara earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from Santa Clara University and a Juris Doctorate from Boston College Law School in 2007.
