Jonatan Tuncel

Jonatan Tuncel is a Senior Scientist at Fate Therapeutics Inc since November 2021, previously serving as Associate Principal Scientist and Senior Scientist at KSQ Therapeutics, Inc. from March 2019 to October 2021. Prior experience includes a Research Fellow position at Harvard Medical School, where Tuncel studied interactions between regulatory T cells and stromal cells related to T cell tolerance to self-antigens. Tuncel's academic background includes a PhD in Immunology from Karolinska Institutet, obtained in 2013, and a Master of Science in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Lund University, completed in 2003. Notable publication includes research on T cell anergy in perinatal mice in the Journal of Experimental Medicine, 2019.
