Michelle Dizon

Michelle Dizon currently serves as the Head of Scale Success & Customer Education at Fathom, starting in May 2025. Previously, Michelle held the position of Senior Director, Customer Education at PagerDuty from September 2019 to May 2025, after serving as Director of Customer Education. Earlier experience includes roles as Director of Training at Security Compass and eLearning Design Consultant at MB Knowledge Solutions, contributing expertise in content development and course facilitation for various organizations. Additional eLearning design work occurred at CAMH, IWH, and as a self-employed consultant. Michelle has a strong educational background, holding a Master's degree in Information, Knowledge Media Design from the University of Toronto, along with certificates in Digital Communications from Sheridan College and qualifications in Communication and Professional Writing from the University of Toronto Mississauga.
