Kaitlyn Cronin

Kaitlyn joins Fay from the Sage School in Foxboro where she worked in the dual role of Lower School Division Head and classroom teacher since 2017. As a head classroom teacher she developed curriculum for Languages Arts, Science, Social Studies, and Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) for high ability learners with a wide range of learning styles and development stages. As Lower School Division Head, she established a strong academic culture centered on kindness, inclusion, and a belief in educational equity for all students. Kaitlyn holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Notre Dame, a master’s degree in education with dual certification in elementary and early childhood education from Lesley University, and a master’s degree in marketing communications from Boston University.
