Teri Mullin

Teri Mullin is an experienced REO Asset Manager with a career spanning over three decades in the financial services industry. Currently serving at Fay Servicing, LLC since May 2014, Teri has held various roles focused on asset management, including positions at First Citizens Bank, Quantum Servicing, Accredited Home Lenders/Vericrest Financial, and others. Beginning as an Asset Manager at Resolution Trust Corporation/FDIC in 1988, Teri has developed a strong expertise in managing real estate owned (REO) properties. Teri holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from San Diego State University, earned between 1984 and 1988.
