Allen Harber has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, with a career spanning over three decades. Harber has held multiple management roles at Fazoli's since June 1997, including Help Desk Manager and General Manager. Prior to this, Harber served as General Manager at Wendy's International, where responsibilities included managing a $1.5 million sales unit and overseeing financial performance. Experience at York's and Buffalo Bobs involved implementing a successful roadhouse concept and supervising a large team, while earlier tenure at York Steak House focused on marketing strategies and inventory management. Harber holds an Associate of Applied Science in Business Management from Lexington Community College, obtained between 1986 and 1988.

Our free-standing, drive-thru prototype can be developed on an acre of land or less, or an End-Cap location can be developed in as little as 3000sf, with drive thru.
