Cyrille Hugon is an accomplished legal and trade policy professional with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently serving as an Internal Market Advisor and Project Manager at the Kommerskollegium | National Board of Trade Sweden since October 2014, Cyrille has managed trade-related development projects. Previously, Cyrille worked as a Rule of Law Specialist at the Folke Bernadotte Academy from February 2022 to May 2023, and as a Senior Officer in the Internal Market Directory at the European Free Trade Association Surveillance Authority from October 2010 to September 2014. Cyrille's earlier roles include Associate at Gide Loyrette Nouel, Legal Officer for the UN Compensation Commission at the United Nations, Procurement Officer at OECD, Consultant at The World Bank, and Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of the Western Cape. Cyrille holds LLM degrees from the College of Europe and American University Washington College of Law, as well as a Maîtrise in Law from Université Paris Nanterre.

FBA (Folke Bernadotte Academy)
The Folke Bernadotte Academy (FBA) is the Swedish government agency for peace, security and development. FBA supports international peace operations and international development cooperation. The agency conducts training, research and method development in order to strengthen peacebuilding and statebuilding in conflict and post-conflict countries. We also recruit civilian personnel and expertise for peace operations and election observation missions led by the EU, UN and OSCE. The agency is named after Count Folke Bernadotte, the first UN mediator. Here on Linkedin we share the latest news from our activities.
