Eldridge Adolfo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in dialogue, mediation, and conflict resolution. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor for Dialogue and Mediation at the Folke Bernadotte Academy since March 2017, Eldridge has previously held significant roles including Conflict & Mediation Adviser at the European External Action Services from September 2013 to February 2017 and Mediation Adviser from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, Eldridge worked as a Conflict Researcher & Policy Expert at the Nordic Africa Institute and as a Political Affairs & Conflict Advisor at a consulting firm. Additional experience includes serving as a Youth and Conflict Advisor at the United Nations Peacebuilding Office in Sierra Leone and as a Policy Analyst at FOI. Eldridge's academic background includes studies at Stockholm University.

FBA (Folke Bernadotte Academy)

The Folke Bernadotte Academy (FBA) is the Swedish government agency for peace, security and development. FBA supports international peace operations and international development cooperation. The agency conducts training, research and method development in order to strengthen peacebuilding and statebuilding in conflict and post-conflict countries. We also recruit civilian personnel and expertise for peace operations and election observation missions led by the EU, UN and OSCE.
