Ronan Whelan

Ronan Whelan is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in service design and management. Currently serving as the IT Service Design Architect and Service Management Operations Lead at FBD Insurance since November 2015, Ronan has demonstrated expertise in service transition, incident management, problem management, and change management. Prior to this, Ronan held various roles, including IT Project Manager at Canada Life and IT Application Support Lead at FBD Insurance. Significant experience also includes serving as IT Infrastructure Programme Manager at Bank of Ireland, managing multiple infrastructure projects, and as IT Software Development Manager/IT Project Manager for Bank of Ireland Corporate and Markets, overseeing a team and delivering complex IT projects.
