Jeff Berding

Jeff Berding is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sports management and community leadership. As President & Co-CEO of FC Cincinnati since August 2015, Berding has co-founded and successfully led the Major League Soccer club, achieving recognition as the 2023 Supporter's Shield winners. Previously, Berding served as the Director of Sales & Public Affairs for the Cincinnati Bengals, overseeing ticket sales and private suite rentals. Berding has also contributed to local governance as a City Council Member for the City of Cincinnati and has engaged in youth sports as a soccer coach. Educational credentials include an MBA from Xavier University and a BA in Political Science from Miami University. Additionally, Berding is a dedicated member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc., focusing on enhancing business and community outcomes through executive coaching and peer advisory.
