Kristian Bak

Kristian Bach Bak Nielsen has an extensive background in professional soccer, currently serving as Sportschef and Vice Director of Football at FC Midtjylland since June 2016, after various roles within the club, including Assistant Coach and Assistant Trainer. Previously, Kristian was a professional soccer player for FCM from August 2010 to June 2022 and played at SC Heerenveen from July 2007 to July 2010. Kristian holds a P Træner Licens and a DBU A Trainer License from DBU, as well as an HHX degree from Ikast.
