Mike Surel Abildgaard Nielsen is a seasoned youth football coach with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as U13 and U14 Girls Talent Coach at FC Nordsjælland since August 2023, Mike has previously held multiple coaching roles at Brøndby IF, including U11, U10, and U12 Coach and Scout, from July 2013 to June 2023. Additionally, Mike has been involved with TalentPro since June 2013, focusing on individual training and consulting. Earlier coaching positions include head coach roles at Nykøbing FC for U15, U14, and U13 teams, and U14 Head Coach at Team Lolland. Mike holds a UEFA B-Licens from DBU, obtained in 2011.
