Stuart C. has an extensive work experience in the field of information technology and security. Stuart began their career as a Police Constable at Humberside Police in 1988 and later served as a Systems Development Manager at North Yorkshire County Council, where they maintained and improved financial management systems. Stuart then joined Oxfordshire County Council as an IT Manager, overseeing network management and the implementation of user training programs.

Following their time at Advance Housing, Inc. as the Head of Information Services, where they successfully implemented new hardware and software systems, Stuart worked at Cable Team (UK) Ltd as an ICT Manager. There, they managed the maintenance and support of systems, networks, and technology.

Next, Stuart served as the IT Manager at Pearn Kandola, a medium-size company providing occupational psychology consultancy services. In this role, they focused on the development of IT systems, including IT strategy and planning.

Stuart's career continued at Hampshire Constabulary and Thames Valley Police, where they held various roles such as Information Assurance Advisor, Operational Security and Communications Team Lead, and eventually became the Chief Information Security Officer at FCDO Services in 2018.

Throughout their work experience, Stuart has demonstrated expertise in IT security, risk management, and the implementation of security controls.

Stuart C. attended South Axholme Comprehensive School from 1976 to 1981, where they obtained O Levels in Mathematics, History, Biology, Geography, Religious Studies, Physics, English, and Chemistry. Stuart then studied Applied Mathematics at Gordonstoun School from 1981 to 1983. Stuart later attended d'Overbroecks Tutorial College, Oxford from 1983 to 1984, where they obtained A Levels in Computer Science, Geography, Biology, Law, Accounts, and Psychology. Stuart then pursued further education at De Montfort University from 1984 to 1988, earning a B.SC.(Hons) degree in Computer Science. Stuart also holds several additional certifications, including Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA, Service-Oriented and Well Organized from Clearfit, ITIL v3, Information Security Management from ISEB, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)², and Chartered IT Professional (CITP) from BCS.
