John Boyland

John Boyland is a seasoned professional in IT security and infrastructure with extensive experience in managing information security and compliance teams. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Global IT Security at FDH Aero since April 2024, John is responsible for developing security strategies, architecture, and policies while managing audits and compliance. Prior to this role, John held the position of Director of Network Infrastructure & Security at the Los Angeles Times, where strategic guidance encompassed data and cybersecurity, cloud management, and compliance efforts. John's experience also includes a brief contract as SOC Manager at Warner Bros, coupled with significant leadership at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. as Senior Director of IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity, overseeing global IT operations. Earlier in his career, John managed a disaster recovery project at Arbonne International LLC. John earned a Bachelor of Science in Airway Science from the University of North Dakota.
