Ben Hazelwood

Ben Hazelwood is an experienced machine learning engineer with a focus on high-performance simulations and software development. Ben is currently working at Featurespace as the Lead Machine Learning Engineer. Prior to this, they held positions as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer and a Junior Machine Learning Engineer at the same company. Ben also has experience as a Research Scientist at The ExaHyPE Project, where they worked on achieving high performance simulations on supercomputers. Ben has additional experience as a Lab Demonstrator at Durham University and as a Software Developer Intern at Hawk-Eye Innovations Ltd. Ben's work experience also includes a brief role in Engineering Services at Citrix and a work experience placement at Boldmere Computers.

Ben Hazelwood completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Durham University in 2017. Ben later pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science, specializing in Thesis, from the same university, which they completed in 2018.
