David Kootz has had an extensive career in the legal and humanitarian fields. David began their career in 2002 as a Delegate at ICRC, where they worked until 2008. Following that, they joined RCN Justice & Démocratie as a Programme Director from 2008 to 2010. From 2010 onwards, David worked at Fedasil, starting as the Director of a center for the reception of asylum seekers until 2014. David then served as a Senior Legal Advisor until 2019, when they were promoted to Head of Legal Affairs.
David Kootz pursued a Master's degree in DESS Carriere diplomatiques, internationales et europeennes from UNIVERSITE D'AUVERGNE in the span of 1999 to 2000.
