Jeroen Vandekerckhove

Jeroen Vandekerckhove has extensive experience in international relations and country of origin information within the field of asylum and refugee support. Currently serving as the Head of International Relations at Fedasil since December 2018, Jeroen is involved in monitoring international developments and cooperation related to Voluntary Return. Prior to this, from January 2017 to November 2018, Jeroen worked as an Information Officer - COI at the European Asylum Support Office, where responsibilities included supporting Country Guidance and building networks of COI specialists. Additionally, Jeroen served as a COI expert at the Commissioner-General for Refugees and Stateless Persons from August 2011 to January 2017.
