Elgin Bowman II

Elgin Bowman II has a diverse background in information technology and air traffic control, currently serving as an Air Traffic Controller for the Federal Aviation Administration since July 2019. Prior experience includes roles as an IT Helpdesk Analyst at Future Tech Enterprise, Inc., and as an IT Specialist at Elbit Systems of America, where Elgin gained Secret Government Security Clearance and managed various IT tasks. Earlier experience includes a student trainee position as a Building Manager at the GSA, where responsibilities involved assisting with finance, training tracking, and system updates. Elgin holds a Master's degree in Emergency Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences, both from Jacksonville State University.
