Jolinda Ruth Cogen

JoLinda Ruth Cogen is a licensed associate real estate broker with a specialization in townhouse sales, HDFC cooperatives, and condominiums, currently working at PREMIERE Group at Real Broker, LLC since April 2023. JoLinda has extensive experience as a transformational speaker, trainer, and coach with The John Maxwell Team since August 2013, and has actively contributed to community initiatives as the Parks Committee Chair and Treasurer for the Dorrence Brooks Property Owners and Residents Association since 2009. As the founding president of The Harlem Toastmasters, JoLinda established the first club in Harlem to enhance communication and leadership skills.
