Kambiz Rahnavardy

Kambiz Rahnavardy is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Technology Analyst at the Federal Communications Commission since January 2021, Kambiz focuses on closing the Digital Divide and promoting innovation while protecting consumers and enhancing public safety. In addition to this role, Kambiz has held leadership positions at the Columbia University Club of Washington DC, including Treasurer and President, where the objective is to strengthen alumni engagement. Previous roles include Principal Engineer at Federated Wireless and RF Consultant at Global Technology Associates, with a strong background in LTE RAN feature validation and performance analysis. Educationally, Kambiz holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Columbia University, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
