Arnold Kendall

Arnold Kendall is an experienced Emergency Management Specialist currently serving as an Inspection Services Coordinator at FEMA since October 2023. Prior to this role, Arnold served in the U.S. Coast Guard from March 2000 to October 2023, holding various positions including Emergency Management and Force Readiness Chief, Ready For Operations Chief Inspector, Navigation Chief, and Operational and Training Specialist. Arnold's extensive experience encompasses emergency management, contingency planning, safety supervision, and search and rescue operations. Arnold earned a Bachelor's degree in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from Excelsior University (2019-2021) and completed foundational education at the University of West Florida and Gulf Breeze High School.
