Sean Jolliff

Sean Jolliff is an experienced professional in crisis management and emergency response, currently serving as the FEMA Crisis Management System Program Manager since June 2014. In this role, Sean oversees user support, system development, and stakeholder engagement, focusing on enhancing the efficiency of crisis response operations. Previous positions at FEMA include Program Analyst, Special Assistant, Lessons Learned Advisor, and Situation Unit Leader, demonstrating a strong background in operational support and continuous improvement processes. Additionally, Sean serves as an Adjunct Instructor for the Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department, leading training initiatives, and has experience as the Lead Fire & Rescue Planner for Celebrate Fairfax, Inc. Sean began involvement in disaster relief and community preparedness as a FEMA Corps Team Leader with AmeriCorps NCCC and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the State University of New York Cortland.
